Excellent experience over all. Clean car, helpful staff, easy to check out and back in. Definitely my go to for the next time I’m in the area.
I loved the car provided and particularly appreciated Roberto's good-natured assistance in renting the car.
The online ordering and pick up were a bemreeze. I didn't like that after scheduling 1.5 days and not minding the 2 day charge, I returned it closer to the two day time period and they charged me for an extra day. That is not fair in my book. I would not use them again. I didn't even receive my discount. I linked from my discount website and that's why I tried them out. But somehow, the link was broken and I paid regular price. No one has replied to my email.

I had an amazing experience with SIXT from start to finish! Being able to check in and select my vehicle before arriving made the entire process incredibly convenient. When I arrived, my vehicle was ready and waiting, and I was in and out in just 5 minutes! I especially loved the advanced technology and seamless pickup process. My key was already secured in a designated box, and all I had to do was scan a code to retrieve it. No long lines, no unnecessary waiting, and no hassle!
