The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Mercedes drove so quiet and smoothly. I did not want leave this vehicle. It was a good experience driving this vehicle.
When I ran into an issue with another car company, Kurt came to the rescue. He went above and beyond what an agent needed to do. He helped me schedule another car rental even when his own rental company had no rentals available. People willing to be that helpful are a rarity, and he was awesome. He is an asset to this company. I love, love, love SIXT at BWI. Each experience I've had has been very positive and friendly. I get in and out really quick. The front desk team is amazing, especially "THE" LaCretia. Checking the vehicle back in with Paul is a breeze. The team at this location gets 5 stars hands down. But I can only give the company 4 stars. The only thing I don't like is the policy that if you're local, you can't use your debit card, you must use a credit card. That's the only downside to SIXT.
