In honesty the rental process was fine as was the car. The problem came the day after returning the car. I found we had left our Handicap tag in the car. Tried to contact sixth at the airport but told we had to contact their lost item dept and fill out a form ,which could be done on my phone. After that I again called sixth and the only response was that they would be in contact. Never heard back... nothing....zero...nada. certainly left a lasting negative memory. Seems like a dumb way to lose a customer!
They will steal from you. I have rented from Sixt three times, and three times they tried to add bogus charges. The last time they claimed I'd received a parking ticket but refused to produce the ticket or even tell me when and where I supposedly received it. I can no longer use Priceline's "Express Deals" for fear of getting stuck with these scammers.
This place has hit me with nearly 700 dollars worth of fines after the fact. There were toll fines from NYC on a license plate that wasn't even my car they wouldn't waive. STAY AWAY FROM SIXT.

Great experience! Super friendly and it didn't take forever like other rental places. The car was nice and clean and ready immediately. Dayna was super sweet! Made the process smooth and had wonderful customer service skills! My profession is training customer service representatives, they are lucky to have her!
