Hertz shredded my ID!!!! We had a car accident a few months ago and we kept asking for our belongings left in the crashed vehicle. At first, they asked us to file a lost and founds report. But after one month’s not hearing anything from them, the report was deleted overnight. We travelled to DC counter(where the damaged vehicle was tolled), they said “oh, sorry, the lost and founds guy is sick. My flight was delayed, which delayed my rental return, this caused me a great deal of anxiety. Upon arrival the staff at the DCA location treated me with kindess and patience, especially Lavar Carrington. He assisted me with all my issues and put my mind at ease. I hope his efforts do not go unoticed. He deserves recognition for his kindness and quality customer service.
Easy pickup and drop off
The beauty of renting from SIXT at DCA, is the professional, friendly, and customer service oriented staff. I rented a car and drove to Kansas to watch my niece and nephews, while Sis and her husband went on a vacation. With another potential snow storm inbound, I reserved a RAV 4. Sixt has a lot of fake damage claims online, but I still decided to rent from them. Unfortunately, I experienced the same issue myself. When I returned the car, there were no scratches or damage. Everything was fine. However, three months after I returned the vehicle, they filed a damage claim against me. The mark they are claiming isn’t even a scratch, it looks like dust.
