We live renting at SIXT downtown for worth. Great customer service from all agents there, but we always love when we get to see Darlene. She makes our rental experience, both pickup and return so smooth. And she remembered us from our second rental. I even encouraged the company I work for to use SIXT (consulting firm)and now have a corporate account with them. No reason so rent anywhere else in the area...so convenient and so reasonably priced. BEWARE!!! They charge you for any damage. Tiny rock chips and send you a bill in the mail.
Had a very good experience with Sixt despite a lot of negative reviews. They are were efficient and friendly, my car was ready. I picked up and return the vehicle with no problem. I plan to rent with them again!
Darlene was absolutely amazing! She handled my reservation with ease, and was just a joy to chat with throughout the reservation process. Professional, attentive, and great customer service! What an ASSET Darlene is to Sixt!
