Sehr freundliches Personal, wir hatten ein tolles Auto (sogar ein kostenfreies Upgrade) und alles hat super geklappt. Da wir uns als Touristen in den USA nicht auskennen, waren wir vor allem dankbar für die tolle Beratung rund um das Thema Maut und Versicherung. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
Complete con job / repeatedly trying to sell upgrades and products that were of no economic value. SIXT did not have the vehicle class booked, then over charged for a similar vehicle… so not bother with this rental company in Dallas.
Got charged for damages that were recorded and photographed before pickup I've already reached out to sixt and it got nowhere. Guilty of existing damages even after I proved they were there before pickup You have my contact info. Why not contact me and find out what your company got wrong
Oh my goodness, what can I say about the staff at Sixt Downtown Fort Worth? Darlen Carroll was such a spiritual and kind lady. Her smile and spirit were warming when you came into the office. Felt like home. I will definitely be back to rent a car at that location. I would love to see her face again.
