Very friendly staff. Pickup and dropoff were quick and easy. Price was reasonable compared to others and for a premium vehicle. Able to use an Audi Q8. Enjoyable, although took us a few minutes to understand how to shift into reverse and park. Fancy cars have fancy systems, rather than what you're normally used to. If prices are reasonable, would use again

had a very disappointing experience with this SIXT rental. I booked a Toyota RAV4 or similar through Booking.com, but when I arrived, I was given a different vehicle. The whole rental process was confusing and poorly managed from beginning to end. There was no proper joint inspection with me when I picked up the vehicle. When I returned it, a staff member checked the vehicle and told me everything was fine, so I left believing the rental was completed without any issues.
