My family has been loyal Sixt customers across Europe and North America for years. This location is near my home in Vancouver and we use and recommend it often to our guests, even though the prices can be a little higher because of the usually better experience. We had to rent a spacious car to pick up our belongings at the airport, and the staff was incredibly responsive, offering their best advice and car options. They let us take the time to inspect the car ourselves, without any pressure. As newcomers in town, and a bit shy, it was great to have that time to make sure the car fit our needs comfortably. The car and offer they provided were exactly what we were looking for, so we signed right away. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
