I’ve rented multiple times from the Downtown location, and Ken has helped me every time. With just a quick email and smooth communication, the car is always booked and ready for pickup without any hassle. The cars are top-notch and very clean, the prices are great, and the staff are fantastic! I’ll definitely be coming back again.
I had a wonderful experience renting with Sixt at this location. The person in charge of my rental (Ken) was very friendly and helpful. He had lots of initiative and gave me all the details upfront even before the rental. Great communication from Ken and i got a great deal for a 15 days rental from him. The car i got was in a good condition with all past damages stated in the agreement.Pickup and return was smooth. This will be my future rental company from now on in Vancouver. We LOVE Sixt and choose them in every country we travel to. Easy pickup, brand new vehicles, a staff that is always willing to say yes! I highly recommend them!
The staff at Sixt Vancouver Downtown were friendly and polite, which is about the only positive I can mention. The car itself was generally clean and nice, but the whole experience was deeply frustrating. Immediately upon pickup, I noticed damage to the rims. Unlike Enterprise, Hertz, or Avis, Sixt seems determined to make customers liable for this kind of wear. The paperwork situation was problematic from the start.
