Needed a car fast, due to a cancellation of a flight and had to drive from Ft. Lauderdale to Ft. Myers to make my new flight. I had the rental car within 10 minutes of coming up to the desk. The representative that helped me was great. It is great that there is a Sixt desk at this hotel as well. Super convenient. I would rent from Sixt again- from this interaction alone.
