We had a great experience picking up our rental car from Sixt rental at the Florida Southwest International airport. We were waited on promptly and professionally. We had the luck of working with an agent named Lorena and she was great! Super friendly, professional, polite….and A+! The other two agents at the desk were also the same with their customers.
