Rented from Sixt Fort Meyers for two days Oct 15-17. Pickup and drop off was very smooth and easy. Car had some damage in addition to what they reported. However, I was charge an extra $50 for prepay gas fill up. I NEVER requested. Did not notice and I filled it up. Customer service was useless, told to speak to agent upon return. Seems it was added at pickup by agent that handed me the keys. Spoke to Tim and told it will be refunded and did as promised. Would use Sixth again. I rented a fully insured car and it got a flat tire(Los angeles). I then got customer service to replace the tire and sent them the receipt, and they told me I could get a refund within 3-20 business days. It's been 4 mounts passed, and they're just stringing me along. As someone who rents a car 90% of the year, I will never rent from this company again. I’ll post this review all the Sixt locations and let peoples know how company you are.

I had an awesome experience picking up my rental car from Sixt today. The name on his tag said “The Shawn,” and let me tell you — The Shawn was indeed the man! From the moment I walked in, he was upbeat, welcoming, and clearly someone who enjoys what he does.
