Excellent service. Limited waiting time. Our Sixt associate, Smith, was so helpful in getting us a vehicle quickly so we didn’t have to wait a half hour for our original vehicle to be ready. So grateful for this since it had been a long day of traveling.
I needed a car for a week to go to the US Grand Prix at COTA and some other sight seeing, and didn't want the same car rental experiences I'd had previously. I hadn't heard of SIXT before, but they had a nice selection of vehicles and a different vibe so I gave them a try. We booked a BMW ahead of our trip and the pickup was a breeze, Saddiq looked after us very well and the car was essentially brand new. Nearly a thousand miles later and about to return it, great car, great service. My go to for future trips.
