Sixt was great love it. The car was clean smell good. The customer service was amazing thank you. I wish I remembered the gentleman name that helped me in the airport he was funny patient and understanding when I had to make a call to my bank he was patient I love it him the whole company thank you
My counter rep Dixa was fantastic. I was suffering one of those frustration travel days and Dixa turned my whole day around with her welcoming smile, great eye contact, her ‘listening and reading’ my frustration and acted in such a calming and efficient manner the frustration I was feeling disappeared. She put me in a car as quickly as possible, explaining all the paperwork with ‘that’ smile…and off I went. Thank You Dixa for turning a tough day into a pretty darn good SIXTA experience!
