Go across the street to Enterprise. I wish I would've read these reviews before I booked. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This Sixt location is the definition of bait-and-switch, rudeness, and terrible management. I am a Sixt platinum member and book all the time in West Palm, Boca & Boston and have never been treated so poorly at a Sixt as the Pompano Beach location. I booked an SUV days in advance for a work trip, but when I arrived, the car I reserved magically “wasn’t available” and nothing similar or in its class. ... read more
