We use SIXT Pompano Beach almost every time we’ve been to the area. They’ve been decent for us. This time was different. We booked a BMW X5 (the SUV), and at our scheduled arrival they did not have it. We were put in a BMW car (X3). The employee said he would call us later if the prior customers dropped it off, we don’t get a call from them that day.
