I was very happy with this rental company. The woman at the desk was very friendly and efficient and on top of all that, they rent BMW cars. I had an X3 which was awesome . Crazy. To think on the previous trip I got a Camry from another agency. I’ll be back if I ever have to rent a car again.
The manager Mark is a liar and a scammer. This is the worst rental company I’ve ever used. Long story short I called and confirmed that there were 4 SUV’s at the location for me to come and pick from. Once I arrived there were no SUV’s and they tried to make me change to a car. After over an hour of arguing a ford bronco was magically available. After agreeing on a price we took the bronco and left.
