My parents rented a car from them yesterday and once leaving the garage they noticed a chipped window and were fine to keep driving it but requested they send an email acknowledging the damage was already there. I have never rented from SixT before and honestly have had bad rental car experiences in the past, so I avoid renting. But I needed a rental for my trip to Minnesota and Wisconsin.
