First time using SIXT. We arrived at the PHX airport and were helped by Alyssa. She was friendly and pleasant and helped us upgrade our vehicle. In regard to the car, Alyssa informed us that the car has already been inspected and exterior blemishes have been noted but that we should take an extra minute to note any more that we see upon inspection. I did note a couple more, so I advise to conduct your own inspection. Overall I would use the service again.
