SIXT Rent a Car, Sky Harbor Airport is absolutely the best car rental experience in the country. I have traveled here well over 20 times in the last couple of years and I have always had a positive experience. This last weekend was no exception, so I felt the need to give a review. The car was great, and was much less than the one we previously rented from another site. Ricardo was spectacular, friendly, connected with us, and was very transparent and fair. No surprises. He is a gem, and sold us on SIXT by being the real deal.
Michael at PHX sky harbor gave great customer service and even gave me some recommendations for my work trip while I am out here. Highly recommend Michael to anyone renting a car with Sixt. I will definitely be booking with Sixt again.
Our rental associate, Darrian, was fabulous to work with. He took the time to explain the rental deal, gave us great ideas to go see, was friendly, and quite knowledgeable. We have no complaints.
