Came to PHX to celebrate my 40th birthday. Booked a car earlier in the week on their app. They would not give me a car or any compensation. The associate was very nice, and recommended asking corporate for a voucher.
I use them every week when I am in Phoenix, and the lady at car return called Rosalia is excellent.
