Absolutely terrible experience with SIXT. After making a reservation and arriving at Phoenix Airport, SIXT did not have the car I had booked 'available'. SIXT often comes in a bit cheaper than more respectable companies like Avis or Enterprise, yet the 5% savings is absolutely not worth the risk, stress, and wasted time. You’re far better off going with a reputable rental company.
The check-in desk was clean, love the way it is set up. Mike was friendly, polite, and very helpful. The car was perfect; there were no funny smells or dirt anywhere. This will now be my go-to car rental.
Easy reservation process and pick up, nice selection of vehicles at good prices, quality vehicles in good condition. A little put-off by all the questions at check-in about whether I needed the size vehicles I reserved and prepaid for, but otherwise s very positive experience. Return was simple and smooth
