I do think people should be offered the option of a hybrid or a regular gas fuel vehicle. I did not like the hybrid and now I know I would never own one.
We arrived to the car rental service and Louie was the representative helping us. We were not able to receive the car due to my friend who booked it having a probationary license. However she would not be the driver, another one of us with a license would be the main driver. We explained this even asked if we can make a new reservation under a different name so we can still leave with a car.
