We’ve been renting from SIXT for years now, usually at least once a month, and we’ve honestly never had a bad experience. The entire process is always smooth, quick, and professional from pickup to drop-off. Outstanding service at the Santa Monica Shore hotel office. I was lucky to get a Sixt representative, I think called CT, who understood luxury cars and was most helpful. I had to bypass my local Sixt office in Venice and also the LAX facility because they were only offering trashy cars better suited to cheap rental companies. Sixt is supposed to be the choice for luxury European cars, so I expect that. I rented a car from Sixt rental for $727 and without my knowledge the counter representative switch my reservation with add ons without telling me and I got another bill adding $150 to my original contract. I was not happy with the deception and the unprofessionalism of Sixt.
