I love the company. Changing my reservation was simple online. This location though…. Some how doesn’t understand how to use simple signage. Nothing letting you know where to return the vehicle and no verbal instructions. Just sat behind her desk and brushed me away. Drove down a few levels and just decided to leave the car with the keys in it where might make sense. I know it seems simple/minor but man I’m sure this location didn’t open yesterday. Jasmine is the best!! So helpful and kind; the best customer service I’ve had with a car rental company to date. If you’re renting from Sixt in LA, go to the Santa Monica location and ask for Jasmine.
Sixt was great, easy to use, great checking with Jasmine at the shore hotel. Super nice clean cars too
They kept my deposit by adding an extra day for no reason. I returned the car before they even closed. Be careful — they’ll make up excuses to keep your money.
