Great customer service
-I was shocked and disappointed by the service I received from Six Rental Car at the Hayat Regency. After spending over $8,000, I was subjected to racial discrimination and disrespectful behavior by Management’s & Stuff’s . They swindled you out of your money, and now they're playing dumb. The SIXT staff were friendly. The car was average for the cost. I don't recommend this location unless you are a hotel guest. We used it as guests of a different resort because it was closest, however the experience was less than pleasant with hotel staff. We were rushed out of the unloading area, the directions are unclear as they direct you in areas that have do not enter signs and no turn on signs. The hotel clearly doesn't want you there if you aren't a hotel guest.
