Big time scammer made online reservation 7 days $570 I came to pick up the car with so many fees added they charged me $1270 for just mid size suv Im so disappointed will never book with them again and their insurance is very high 7 days $400 go somewhere else i do not recommend them to anyone
Don’t bother booking an X5 here. They won’t give you one anyway and will just downgrade you to a Volvo XC90. To make matters worse, the car was completely filthy—dirty exterior and stained seats, clearly unwashed. On top of that, the counter staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like they were messing with me when I politely asked for options. Terrible service.👎
