Sixt is by far my favorite rental car company. 10/10 on service and professionalism.
Exercise extreme caution before renting from Sixt at Sea Tac Airport. Two days after returning the vehicle I received an email stating that I caused damage to the front driver side wheel cover. “Aluminium rim front Driver side scratch > 10 cm (down to primer).” Three pictures were included without date and timestamps. This damage did not occur during my rental period. They sent me a fraudulent claim. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC and the Port of Seattle. This was my first time renting with this company, and unfortunately it will also be my last. The experience was disappointing and stressful. I highly recommend taking detailed photos and videos of every part of the car before leaving the lot, as they made me pay $566 for a pre-existing small scratch on the wheel even after I provided proof of it not being a fault of mine. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this rental service.
