Absolutely horrible experience. Stood in line for a shuttle bus from airport for almost an hour. Then stood in line for over an hour just to see an agent. Will never use budget again - they are the worst I’ve ever dealt with and I travel multiple times a week. Terrible customer service.
Nice pickup experience
Great experience, just didn’t know about the airport shuttle. The man who helped us was very helpful and patient, especially after a long, early morning flight!
