Great car, service, and experience. Full stop. Once you have used Sixt, not sure why you would ever use or put up with any of the other companies.
I had booked with them and canceled due to price gouging with FIFA. Enterprise was half the cost. Took forever to get refunded. Then at the end of my trip they recharged me for the rental. Called and explained the situation, sent proper paperwork and proof of cancellation and still charged me. Now going through credit company to dispute the charge. Every time I’ve called customer service has been completely incompetent. Will never book with them again!
