Excellent service experience! The representative who assisted us was exceptionally kind, patient, and welcoming. He clearly explained everything we needed to know about the car, and it was a real pleasure picking up the vehicle from him. PUBLIC SERVICE WARNING! DO NOT IGNORE THIS! If you ever rent from SIXT in Orlando, when you return the vehicle, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. I REPEAT...DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. DECLINE SIGNATURE ON THE "RETURN SUMMARY". Tell them to send your final bill via email. Every staff member I had contact with was professional, friendly, and pleasant to deal with. My first interaction at the rental counter was especially positive.
