My experience with SIXT branch previously is excellent. This place though is not the best of them. Waited rental for 15mins (after prebooked paperwork). Needed to ask again before car came within 10mins with no explanations or apologies. Car was being washed clearly as it was all wet. Still, windshield water was totally empty. Positive that I got the car I prebooked. Postnote: just got discount on rental due to those problems - very positive gesture from SIXT.
Our flight was delayed for 4 hours and had to sleep in the airport for hours until Sixt opened. Once they opened customer service rep Elsa met us at the front desk and turned our trip around by accommodating us with our group of 8!! Our family was so appreciative for Elsa being so patient and understanding with us.
