Customer service was excellent, Julian was top notch, great car at a great price. Definitely recommend! I rented a car from this location on April 30th, my husband and I were greeted by a sensational young lady named Melissa.. Her infectious attitude made the experience a delight.. she was extremely professional and personable.. A++ on customer service!... Not to mention, the car was fantastic! Rented another vehicle on August 13 and Julian’s customer service was exceptional, this location needs to be the industry standard when it comes to customer service
Julian at SIXT made the entire rental experience so much easier than I expected. He was welcoming, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. What stood out most was how attentive he was and how genuinely he seemed to care that I was comfortable with everything before leaving. His customer service definitely left a great impression and made my experience with SIXT a positive one. Julian is a great representation of what good customer service should look like!
