Every time I rent a car it's always a little bit of a hassle and or a defeating purpose based on pressure, inventory and unfortunately sometimes the employees. But this experience has been my all-time favorite. I went in to get a SUV and Patrick helps me through the whole process. He was honest, very friendly and inviting, and gave me the full experience.
