SYDNEY!! If I could make that my review, that would be just fine with me. Sweet and super accommodating, when you think about how current times are affecting workers, you barely feel the energy surrounding that when it came to my interaction with her. Keep her on!!
Best quality customer service.
I had booked and prepaid a car several weeks in advance. Yet, upon checkin, I was told that it is not available and that my only option was to pay for an upgrade. By not respecting the rate that was agreed upon booking, Sixt creates mistrust. The rest of the experience (booking and pickup process, car condition,…) was good, but knowing you can’t trust your supplier is a dealbreaker to me.
