Rented from this low budget outfit only to be charged an extra $600 for dropping it off at a an off site location after calling and having the arrangements updated with customer service. So we returned the car two days early ($100 a day) plus the $600 to a total of $1,200 for a 3 day rental. Unless you’re desperate and have money you do not need I would strenuously recommend finding another rental agency!
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Look somewhere else. Rented car in Palermo Italy in October. Asked for a wagon, they were trying to give me an SUV, even though they had a wagon but a Mercedes. After I told them that I want a wagon and not care what brand, they gave me the Mercedes wagon. It took them almost 1 hour to "get the car ready ", and when I got the car was all dented, scratched, dirty inside, smelling like cigarettes smoke and with the washer fluid level light on. I was over charged $470 for an insurance rental. They charged me for mileage because I put a lot of miles on the vehicle when it was rented with unlimited mileage. If you rent from here they will find a way to keep your deposit and charge you more. Do not rent from here unless you have money to give away.
