Friendly, helpful staff. Car was clean and works well, except the back, right tire seems to lose air. I have to add air to the tires at Costco. Sixt provide the QR code to see the existing scratches/damages, that makes checkout process easier. I would use Sixt at Dulles Airport again.
This place is a scam, I paid for a package on cheap tickets and then to get there, put a card on file and get double charged is not okay. Won’t be using this company ever again. I actually have the call recorded from what the agent told me. We will be following up shortly.
