SIXT Rental Car has officially shattered any semblance of trust I had in them! As a loyal customer, I was appalled by their abysmal service. I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience with SIXT Rental Car. As a repeat customer, I expected a smooth process, but what I encountered was completely unacceptable. I reserved a car to be picked up from National Reagan Airport, but after a call to customer service, the agent irresponsibly changed my pickup location to Dulles National Airport. This was probably the best car rental experience I've had in a long time! Between getting the car and turning it back in...everything was quick, seamless, and very customer focused! And, Senetra came through clutch with the upgrades and discounts! Why drive a Prius when you can drive in luxury?
