Booked a reservation online. No information about if you are booking within 24 hours and they are sold out, you won't have a car when you arrive at the airport. The lady at the desk said, oh yeah it lets anyone book, but if we're sold out it doesn't tell you. I had a booking number and everything, but no car. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Went down to the Avis desk and they knew what customer service was. Don't book a reservation online and expect a car to be there for you.
