The 1st person that we came in contact with was absolutely no help at all. Then we proceed to go to pick up the car and was told to use the kiosk. Well it didn’t work. The person didn’t even want to come out of the glass office to help us with getting a car seat that we paid for. They never came out of the office. They slid the keys out after we had to pay an unexpected $200 deposit in addition to the almost $500 for the rental of the vehicle for 4 days. Whatever you do do not rent a car from these jokers. They come up with any excuse to up charge you, cars aren’t available and even if you have a valid intern drivers license they will not accept it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced renting cars.
Great experience! Our flight had been delayed and we showed up very late. We had called the 800 number, but were not certain that the message had truly been conveyed. However, when we finally arrived at the rental car counter, Lisa K was waiting for us with a smile and very kind welcome. She inquired as to how we were doing and was very quick in processing us.
