There’s a reason SIXT has no lines and all the cars when the other companies are completely booked. We recently used SIXT to travel to San Antonio. They falsely claimed normal road wear and dirt that could be cleaned via a car wash is “damage” to the car at the San Antonio location and charged nearly $500. If they do this to us, they will do it to others.

“Prince” at the front desk was awesome! Fast, friendly, and professional. Great demeanor and very positive. Made for a very easy check-in experience.

This is my second time renting from here and Shanita has made my experience amazing every time I come. She actually listens to what you need for your trip and finds the best offers to meet your accommodations. The cars are always clean and in mint condition. I will definitely rent back here especially if Shanita is assisting.

Do not rent with this company, they are scammers!! I came to the front desk with my reservation then she lies me trying to sell me another more expensive car and I payed doble insurance! If you want to rent with them better be veryyy careful!

Have rented from them several times and always had very good service. Debbie has been my customer service Rep more than once and is always very helpful. She probably needs a raise. This last time I did counter-less pickup. Everything is in the Terminal ! It was a breeze. Thanks SixT.
