This is THE BEST car rental company/location in NYC and I cannot recommend more highly. Every time I rent a car from here there I have a great customer service experience and the staff make it all seamless. They are all so friendly and welcoming, and most importantly stress free. Ricardo was great! He was very helpful, friendly, and kind. Overall, this is a great location, with great staff, and I have not one complaint about my experiences with SIXT Battery Park.
