Peter the owner of Spinner’s Automotive Murwillumbah, Pedder's dealer & agent for SIXT Car & Truck Rental Murwillumbah appeared to look after me after the delayed arrival of the Mitsubishi Rosa I was hiring (delayed billing). Apparently his vehicle delivery driver stopped for coffee bringing the bus up from Ballina I was waiting for the bus. I would never deal with sixt truck rentals ever again. The night before picking up the truck from murwillumbah depot the agent rang me and told me they did not have a truck there for me. I was rather pissed off. But the agent went out of his way to organise another truck from another company but it was nearly double the price. I had no option as we had this date booked in to clear our late parents estate. I rang sixt when I got to the agents depot and had no success for any compensation for their stuff up. Hey everyone if I could leave 0 stars review I would. I rented a car hire from these guys July 25 and the guy who severed me said I only had to pay the $510 and nothing else will come out of my account so when we return the car they took a Xtra money out of my account and I talked to Chris and Matthew and a few other people that wouldn't give me there name and told them what happened and explained no one told me this is what happens. Arrived at location to find truck was not available and not due to be returned until the following day. No compensation was offered had to book a truck with another rental company.
