Absolutely amazing service from Sarah at SIXT Morayfield. Great prices, great availability, great vehicles! Have hired many vehicles in my time from various places but coming to SIXT was by far the best experience yet. Sarah was super friendly, polite, quick and effective at helping me out. I even came back the following day to find a more accommodating vehicle as my needs had changed and she was more than happy to provide me what I wanted, no fuss, no fees, just wonderful service. Where do I start. Well we hired a truck at the end of October and had a incident where the truck auto locked with the keys in it. We called the company and they said to call racq and there won't be a call out fee cause we took out the insurance. Well 2 wks after returning the truck money was taken from the credit card and after a few days of phone calls to head office (morayfield don't have a phone, apparently) we were told it was foe loss of keys. It's pretty hard to believe when I dropped the keys back into the drop box. S... read more
