Booked for 12pm pickup(picked from their website option) saturday. @ dandenong branch. Did not know they close/ nor told us @ 12noon. Staffs did not even bother welcoming us in knowing its the sixt's fault and just shooed us away. Not blaming the staffs, just the management.
