Quick, polite and professional
I picked up a Tesla with 70% battery. I returned it with 70% battery. Without saying a word to me they decided to deduct me $104 off my credit card due to their recharge policy I was supposed to have left more battery in there. They then wanted proof that it had 70% which I clearly didn't have the proof. Avoid these crooks at all cost.
I have a great experience hiring csr from this location. People there are so friendly and supported me through my rental.
