Confusion about whether rentals are for body-shop courtesy vehicles only. Website booking didn’t seem to allow adding NRMA membership. The one person with system access not always in office. But overall nothing went wrong, staff very friendly. Just created a bit of stress.

I was charged twice by these guys for a car rental. It's been weeks trying to get them to refund me. Go somewhere else.
Great experience. Booked when we arrived and got a great deal for 5 days with a BMW!
