Your manager Tony is an absolute nightmare and he is rude and has no customer service skills. I had the pleasure of meeting Chun. He is the Best. He made our process quick and easy. We were tired from a 3 hr delay but Chun put a smile on our faces. Told us where to enjoy good food and fun. Horrible service
Bait and Switch tactics. Use someone else. Reserved and paid in advance for a Full Sized car. I arrived on time. The guy was friendly "I'm glad you're here". Immediately starts to upsell. I said I only wanted what I RESERVED weeks ago. (They should look up the word) He finally tells me they don't have any available, but I can upgrade for "only an extra $20 a day".
