A little over a week ago I rented from Sixt for my first time ever. I rent 6 to 10 times a year for several years. No long line, clean area. The guy that checked me out pulled up photos of cars and asked me to pick which car I would like to drive. I already had a reservation for a compact car. Rented in KC and it was a solid experience. Nice clean car and was an upgrade. Wouldn't hesitate to use Sixt again.
