Was using Sixt faithfully until this last rental. I prepaid for a rental but cancelled it a month + in advance only to be told, I do not get a refund, instead I pay $100 CANCEL FEE. OMG a fee that far in advance really??? Avis and Hertz don't do this. Won't be coming back.
My husband and I last minute had our trip cancelled by a Turo host, so we scrambled to find another fun, comfortable vehicle to help us get around NM. Sixt was extremely easy from start to finish, and Ameena was so kind and helpful, answering any questions I had at pick-up. We also ended up extending our trip by a couple days, and it was a seamless process. We never heard of the company but we thought we'd give it a try. Dom was at the gate when we picked up the car and when we dropped it off. He was very helpful and polite.
