Worst experience ever, want a remedial massage, got pre charged and then waited in room for ages as a customer was yelling at staff at front counter and then finally young lady enters room I ask to focus on sore shoulder, she walks out and a few minutes later another lady walks in saying the other girl can’t do the type of massage I require and would I like a refund.
