Boris and Lazarella guided and helped me with my exercise during my recovery process after my knee replacement. They are very helpful and patient. The receptionists there are also very courteous.
I have never experienced such poor customer service before. The woman at the reception is extremely impolite and always looks displeased. The massage therapists are truly professional, but every time I come to this place, the receptionist ruins my mood. They constantly change my appointment schedule, and I’m honestly exhausted from feeling stressed even before my massage session starts. If you want to ruin your day, just come to this place - the receptionist will handle that perfectly.
