My doctor referred me to Six Point Physiotherapy at the end of May. The clinic booked me for July 7. On July 7th I was 20 minutes late because of the subway stoppage. I had called the clinic to say I'm going to be late and they said 'No problem" . When I arrived, the receptionist said they couldn't accommodate me, which I understand. Turns out they never got the message because my call went to the Lifemark call centre in USA.
