Very weird woman at the register...the business needs to get rid of her. She's losing customers. We gave our money to Link's Liquor instead.
This store, be it small, it is fantastic. Amanda the store manager is incredible. She is so knowledgeable, warm, caring, and welcoming. She recommended me onto a new vodka and now I come back for this! She is who keeps the customers coming back and makes sure everything is in stock! Every now and then she has cute decorated signs for the holidays which is a really nice extra touch. They have a lot of tastings as well which is fun to try new products! Amazing!!! I called to see if there was anyway they could assemble a last minute charcuterie board to go and was literally blown away by the service, knowledge, and attention to detail!! I had no idea what I really wanted on the board, and Kirk talked me through several options for meats and cheeses and explained each one so beautifully!! You know how sometimes sommeliers and cheese mongers just come off as pretentious know it all snobs, and you leave feeling like you should have just microwaved yourself some frozen dino nug... read more
The store is wonderful. The problem I have is with one store associate. I use the store after 5:00 pm and twice I have encountered the same associate who was very rude twice. The first time was as I entered the store she actually shouted our computers are down I can’t help you. I certainly understand those issues but she was very curt and bordered on being ugly with her information. Second visit I walked in at just very close to 7 pm. Folks in the store .
