They never answer the phone i have called five times multiple days to figure out what’s going on with my dress and have gotten nothing back. They ordered the wrong size dress for me and the said that now it doesn’t exist.
They have some nice dresses. Some of them are discontinued or discounted cause theyre damaged. Its also not in the location it says on the map but it is located in the outlets.
I had a great experience shopping in the store. I wanted to leave a review for Tenny. I drove here from Philadelphia. She was VERY helpful and patient. The store was clean, has many options to choose from, sizes, colors and great price ranges. Thank you again!
We got my daughter's dress here last year and we're so excited to return. The experience this year was not so great. The worker seemed too busy for our questions and wouldn't let my daughter try on the dress on display, even though last year we were able to. We took out our business elsewhere.
