Went to find a wedding dress and the women working the floor said yes we can try on. So I went in dressing room and she would not let my family even help or even see me with it on. She would rush me threw all the dress and at one point just open my dressing door without knocking and while i was undressed and I told her please dont come in I'm undressed. Terrible experience! The dresses are poorly made, cheap, and badly sewn. Jewelry and accessories are just as low-quality. Worst of all, the store posts a clear policy saying refunds in the form of store credit are available within 7 days — but when I came back the very next day, they did everything to avoid honoring it. My name, phone number, and purchase weren’t “in the system,” the manager who had to override something was “unavailable,” and they refused to issue store credit to a gift card — only by email. Was in yesterday with my daughter for a quinceanera dress. The store manager Chardae was very informative and helpful . Looking forward to purchasing a dress from there .

Sophia was so helpful and went above and beyond to help my mom find a mother of the bride dress. Discussed ways to make a prom dress a bit more modest to feel more motherly and less young . She really took the time to find something and suggest alterations. She helped us find an uncommon dress color and offered tons of options. Everything was reasonably priced as well as the fact they cap alterations at $100.
