Had gone to the Wentzville location although the lawyer I had before had retired. Our meeting with new law firm in same office. It was awful no talk about we had come in for walked out thinking what was that? Called after a msg from them. Thought another try surely would be better. I was totally shocked they had no records of us being there. We repeated some of our first visit and now some of it was remembered.
