I've never heard of a company that doesn't look at the post mark date for a payment. They claim they check their PO Box daily, but it's taking 13-14 days to get a check mailed by my bank, so they keep tacking late fees on my account. Two weeks for paper mail? I've never heard. I don't think they are checking their mail daily and tacking late fees on peoples accounts when the payments are sent well in advance!!!!!!
I’ve never done business with these people at all. I have a finance company, premier acceptance, that I’m already going through and insurance through State Farm and they are sending me bills saying I owe them money and if I don’t pay they are canceling my policy. WHAT POLICY???
