Energy Illinois Branch Manager Jamie Ragan was an excellent. She’s always professional and goes above and beyond to serve each customer. Jamie is an outstanding leader for SIU Credit Union.
Sara Holmes was very friendly, helpful, and patient as I asked many questions, probley the same question a few times. I will make sure I mention her name and branch when someone needs any loan.
I have been banking with the energy location for a while now, and I have never had any issues. Sara is very professional and helpful to any questions or concerns I’ve ever had. I see no future plan of finding a different bank.
