I have been a member of this credit union 10 years, I ve alway appreciated the friendly staff and accurate transactions, however in the last 2 months I ve had 2 differant tellers STEAL my money when making deposits in the drive thru at the location by Schnucks Grocery Store. The first time it happened was 2 months ago and the second time september 2014. I reported it to the branch manager whom said the video tapes were viewed and did not see any activity where they would have stolen my money, which means they have PROFESSION... read more
They helped me out with the little problems that life brings. The people there are really nice and very attentive and they work with you, no matter what the situation is.
I hate it! It takes forever for your purchases to register. Their hours suck... but the staff is helpful and very considerate.
I have been with SIU Credit Union since my first checking account, and they have been so helpful. They offer amazing perks, like a Visa check card with a free rewards account, membership with shares in the company, and online and telephone banking. They have excellent service, and are helpful if you need assistance. Bottom line, the only bank I full trust.
