Purchased from Scott @Sitting Around for over a decade, always very happy - quality goods. However, recently (11/24) in good faith, we purchased 6 x $399 bar stools (each with 5 year warranty) from ‘Sitting Around.’ Unexpectedly the feet soon cracked, slipped around ~ leaving the stool bases wobbly, and scratching our tiles. We requested a full refund (under the 5 year warranty) to buy 6 other stools from “Sitting Around.” Scott / owner suggested we purchase “other stool feet” from a Gold Coast company at our cost. I would like to acknowledge the great service I received today from the store owner. More than 2 yrs after purchasing some stools from this business, I went back to source a spare part for one of the stools. The store owner found a spare he had from another chair and gave it to me. I offered to pay for it but he kindly replied by saying “Merry Xmas”. This kind of service is hard to come by these days. Next time I need some quality chairs this will be the first place I go to shop. Thanks again.
