Helen is an exceptional physiotherapist with extensive knowledge. Her deep understanding of trauma and the mind–body connection helped relieve my chronic tension and pain. With her team of yoga therapists and acupuncturists, she also suggested ways to regulate my nervous system during acute stress as well as home practices for long-term care. The clinics design & layout is also warm, comfortable and feels very west-coast.
Steve and the Sitka team are great. Steve is very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment and very assertive in his treatment. He has improved my condition in just two sessions and great follow up exercises. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended.
Steve was amazing ; he diagnosed the problem within minutes and got to work on the solution. Impressive work ! Looking forward to my next visit .
