Got pain?, you’ll get it sorted here! Got back pain?, other areas are getting stretched instead? Don’t worry she knows the route cause and will fix it. I’m really bad at stretching and self maintenance, so I end up coming here for a body reset and boy it hurts!, so keep doing your stretches and keep hydrated, don’t be like me 10/10 for Sitha Therapy by the way, as she will find problems you didn’t know you had. Truly awful experience, she spent most of her time digging into different parts of me with her elbow so she could have a hand free to use her phone. I told her I had a bad back but that was where she spent the least amount of time again as she really couldn't bring herself to put the phone down. All she really did was leave me with new pain in my forearms and calves. My back is unfortunately as bad as it was. Very unprofessional. Save your time and find somewhere better to spend your money.

I’ve been suffering with a knee problem, there is a sign on the wall that says “ I get paid to hurt people” don’t say she didn’t warn you, it hurt a lot but It’s already feeling better, there is another sign on the floor which says “No pain, no gain” Lovely clean place too 5 Stars from me thank you Just been again, this is my 3rd visit, I’d almost lost hope of being able to snowboard again, but it’s feeling so much better now

⸻ I’ve had quite a few massages over the years, but none quite like this. Sitha did an absolutely amazing job—every ache and pain I walked in with melted away by the time I left. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients’ wellbeing. I feel lighter, more relaxed, and pain-free. Highly recommend her to anyone needing real relief and expert hands!
