Kim did an amazing job, she was super friendly very accommodating and being able to use the at home service was very handy She was super professional and I left the appointment knowing more about my car seat than I ever have before and actually feel confident I know how to adjust my seat according to my child's growth By far my best experience with a car seat adjustment
