We moved to Solivita in 2016 and purchased all our furniture here. The quality was great, salesperson was helpful and delivery to our senior community was free. After 8 years, one of recliners needed to be replaced so I happily went back. The salesman was very nice and helpful. The man (I can;t say gentleman) who did the financial transaction was rude and condescending. I was not told about the delivery fee until I had complete the transaction. Maria did Fantastic . I had a great experience. I’m new in town and having someone that cares about my purchase and that my delivery goes right is very important. The day of the delivery, it was only one guy doing everything and He also did amazing. Thank you for having such a beautiful and experienced Staff.
I guess I'm not rich enough for this place.Cause they were having a sixty five percent of giant's sale but one of the items is only ten grand I guess i'm too poor but it was beautiful of furniture nice people
Maria did not give the sea turtle from beautyrest hahahahaha recommend the service and she gave me discount and good service however i wanted the turtle so we having some mix feelings about this. Seriously its been a great place to shop seriously one of the best prices i can find very good quality no issues and delivery is the same day.
I’ve bought so much furniture from this store in the past and today I was getting my adjustable frame and mattress today. Long and behold get a driver that refused to build the frame her at the house but instead he wanted to take back to the store to build there and then drive back to bring here. That mad no sense to me but instead he loaded back on the truck and left as he left he comment was that’s what happen when you get old. What an insult was that.
