Well, this is the first time dealing with them and I've not even had the first conversation with any of the staff. They were supposed to be working with Wetzel County Hospital coordinating my mother's release to there facility for rehab for 20 days as approved by her insurance. Thursday of this week,it looked like everything was in place. Well, I received a call from a family member who was called to pick her up and take her to this facility!!!! And on a SUNDAY no less!!!! The staff at Genesis has taken excellent care of my sister. The physical therapy department is top notch and she has progressed to a point where she will be able to come home soon. Thank you all so much!
