I would leave a zero if I could. I bought my husband a gift certificate for his birthday. After 3 days of 12 hour days, he finally scheduled at 8 last night. They confirmed his appointment that day as well. He got there filled out paperwork and was waiting. A woman came in and the receptionist said we don't have you on our schedule.
