I purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment online. I arrived at my appointment to find the office closed. I called the number on the door and no one answered. I sent a text as instructed on the voicemail. I received a text back saying she is by appointment only and was closed for the week. I text back with a screenshot of my appointment confirmation and told her I had scheduled an appointment weeks ago. She wrote back and blamed Groupon.
