I know this is a tough industry but if someone does not speak up - nothing changes. My mother in law had money stolen and upon reporting it to the director she was told “you have checks - use those”. No apology or acknowledgment of wrong doing. Maintenance eventually came and repaired the counter drawer in her room that had been damaged when someone took her money. I have had the pleasure of staying at Sisqtel Springs and I must say thr experience is delightful .The staff is more helpful and professional and caring ! Contacts with the magement is great and all in all I can't find any faults . The meals are enjoyable and I am pleased with all aspects of my stay
The management team doesnt care a single oz about there staff nor there residents. They are considered short staffed and keep moving more and more people in. While they arent hiring more RA’s. People voice their worries and concerns and those worries and concerns get thrown out the door. How can you say you care for your staff and residents when you’re literally over working your staff moving in more and more people when youre already so short staffed. Id think twice before working here or putting my family in this facility ... read more
