I had to apologize to Valerie, as I misunderstood the document she had sent me, and thought she had not provided all I had requested, and impulsively left a bad review on squareone. Then I spoke with her, and she patiently explained to me how I had in fact received all the docs I had requested. She did not upbraid me in any way, and we were able to resolve my questions, and I went away satisfied. She also helped me with an additional question I had.
