Autopay system is broken for loans, constantly takes double payments that take a month plus to unwind and get the extra payment returned. To Address the response from Siskiyou: Yes your support reached out to me, after I had already called them to see what caused the autopay system to take two payments out of my account, the response was "We don't know why it did that." The offer to send the extra payment back to my account is worthless since it takes a little over a month to reverse the charge. How do I know this? This same... read more
