My mom reached out and they were extremely snobby, the representative she spoke with represents the insurance company she’d probably be suing. Instead of just telling us out right they went on a list of reasons why it’s not a good idea and just sent a letter in the mail saying they could represent her. Overall just left a real bad taste in my mouth.
